Activity Feed

How to understand client engagement in your activity feed

Written by Erica McGarvey

Your Activity Feed provides a real-time view of client engagement, tracking actions — also called client events — as they happen. You'll find both a master Activity Feed showing activity across all clients and an individual feed on each client's profile.

Keep reading to learn how to find the feed, interpret client events, and act on what you see — or watch the short video below for a quick walkthrough.

Master Activity Feed

To access your Activity Feed, navigate to the Clients tab on the left side of your account, then select Activity. This feed shows a minute-by-minute view of which clients have recently engaged with their Homebot and exactly what actions they took.

Individual Client Activity Feed

Each client also has their own activity feed showing their full engagement history since they first received Homebot. To view it, click on a client's name to open their profile, then click Activity.
