How to add a homeowner:
Step 1: Click on the Add clients button under your total client count or select the Clients tab on the left.
Step 2: Choose Add clients in bulk if you have a spreadsheet or One client at a time if you have one or a handful of homeowners to add.

How to update contact information or delete a homeowner
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click Edit
Step 3: Update their contact information or click Delete
You may also add client notes below. Client notes are for you. The client will not see these notes.
Currently, there is no way to unsubscribe a client.
Follow the instructions below for how to change or edit a client's home address:
There is currently no way to simply edit a home address. Due to how many data points are connected to the address, it cannot be edited once added to your account.
You'll need to delete the incorrect property and enter a new one.
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click Edit
Step 4: Delete Home
Step 5: Add a Home

Step 4: Fill out the necessary information next to the red asterisks and any optional information, and then Save!
How to update a home's value
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click on Add a CMA
Step 4: Enter a value and give them a range to adjust the value themselves
Your client will be notified that you've adjusted the value of their home.
How to view and edit home details, loan data, add a co-borrower, and delete a home
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click Edit
Currently, there is no way to delete a loan from the client profile. You or the client can do some from their homeowner report:
