How to add a homeowner
Step 1: Click on the Add client's button under your total client count or select the Clients section on the left and click the Add clients tab.
Step 2: Choose Add clients in bulk if you have a spreadsheet or One client at a time if you have one or a handful of homeowners to add.

How to downgrade a homeowner to a buyer
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
βStep 2: Click the Homeowner tag above their name
Step 3: Click Buyer
How to update contact information and delete a homeowner
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click Edit
Step 3: Update their contact information or click Delete
You may also add client notes below. Client notes are for you. The client will not see these notes.
Currently, there is no way to unsubscribe a client. If a homeowner has sold their property and you need to remove their record completely, use the Delete option described above.
How to change or edit a client's home address
There is no way to simply edit a home address. Due to how many data points are connected to the address, it cannot be edited once added to your account.
You'll need to delete the incorrect property and enter a new one.
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click Edit
Step 4: Click Delete Home
Step 5: Click Add a Home
How to add a second home for an existing client
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click Add a home
Step 4: Fill out the necessary information next to the red asterisks and any optional information, and then click Save!
How to update a home's value
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Step 3: Click on Add a CMA
Step 4: Enter a value and give them a range to adjust the value themselves at a later time
Step 5: Click Save!
Your client will be notified that you've adjusted the value of their home.
How to view and edit home details, loan data, add a co-borrower, delete a home, and delete a loan
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click on the Homes tab
Click Edit to update home details
Click Edit and then Delete home to delete a property
Click Add co-borrower to fill out their information
Click Edit to update their home loan info and click Save
How to delete and add a new loan
There is currently no way to remove home loan information or add an additional loan from the client's profile. You'll need to do so from their Home Digest following the instructions below.
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
Step 2: Click Preview client report
Step 3: Click Manage Home Loan
Step 4: Click Edit, Delete, or Add a loan
How to manually send a home digest to your client or someone else
Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile
