Homeowners love watching their equity grow as their home value increases. With fluctuating markets, home renovations, and lifestyle changes, the Tune Your Value feature lets your clients adjust the value independently. They may also request a professional opinion by way of a CMA request.

What is an AVM?

An Automated Valuation Model (AVM) is a calculated guess of what a home is worth using mathematical modeling combined with a database. Most AVMs calculate a property's value at a specific point by analyzing comparable properties' values in the same area. Therefore, AVMs change over time and frequently update with the ebbs and flows of the market.


How It Works -

By providing a smart range for their current home value, Homebot enables your client to adjust their home value within the given range and reach out for an expert opinion.

They do this by clicking 'Tune Value' from their report:

Clients can clue you into changes they've made to their home:

The home value report will immediately reflect any changes made and, moving forward, will adjust from the new home value:

If your client indicated they'd like expert support (aka, a CMA request), you'll receive an email and text notification with the details. Next, learn how to leverage CMA requests.
