You can proactively manage your client's values from their profile and click Add a CMA:
Enter the new value along with a minimum and maximum range for your client to adjust their value in future updates.
Clients can adjust their home value at any time, and we'll notify you by email if they request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
Notice a change in the market that's impacting values? Send a video email to your clients to notify them and encourage them to tune their value to inform you they'd like a review!
