How to Manage Buyer Profiles

Learn how to change loan information, edit contact information, delete a buyer and assign a real estate agent.

In this article, we'll walk you through how to add a buyer to your account and manage their profiles, add pre-qualifications, and more.

How to add a buyer:

Step 1: Click on the Add clients button under your total client count or select the Clients tab on the left.

Step 2: Choose Add clients in bulk if you have a spreadsheet or One client at a time if you have one or a handful of homeowners to add.

How to update contact information or delete a buyer

Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile

Step 2: Click Edit

Step 3: Update their contact information or click Delete

You may also add client notes below. Client notes are for you. The client will not see these notes.

Currently, there is no way to unsubscribe a client.


How to add or view their preferred agent, update price point and preferences, add pre-qual data, send the buyer report, or remove all buyer data

Step 1: Find your client and click on their name to view their profile

Step 2: Click on the Buying tab

Step 3: Click Edit
