Due to how we collect data on your client's home, a home address cannot be edited after they've been added to Homebot's system. Instead, the new address must be added and the old one deleted.
You can add a new home address two ways:
From your client's profile
From your client's homeowner report
This article will show you how to add a new property for an existing client, delete the old one, and add a co-borrower.
How to add an additional or new property from your client's profile
Navigate to your client's profile, select the Homes tab, and click Add a home.

Preview your clients homeowner report, and click Add a Home.
How to delete a property
Once you've added the new property, you can delete the old address from the client's profile.
Co-borrowers will not be auto-connected to the new address. You'll need to add them manually. See instructions at the below.
