Learn how to respond to direct messages

When a client clicks one of the pink chat bubbles in their homeowner or buyer report, you'll immediately receive an email notification from us.


We'll also populate messages from the last 30 days on your DASHBOARD:

There is no way to respond to a direct message from within your client engagement portal.

๐ŸšจBest practice is to pick up the phone and call, but you can also:

  • Respond via email: Reply directly to the email that you receive from Homebot and it will reach your client

  • Video message: Send a personal video message while previewing their report. Learn how HERE.

Once you've responded to the client's message via email or by phone, be sure to check the box to the left of their name to remove them from the list.
