How to Send a Personal Video Without BombBomb

If you don't have BombBomb, you can still send an individual client a video message.

How to send a video to one person

Once you have your video created and uploaded to one of the supported video platforms (see list here), follow the written steps or watch the video below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Clients section

Step 2: Click on Timely Opportunities or Active Clients

Step 3: Click Send Video and then Deselect all

Step 4: Find your client and check the box to the left of their name (the list is in alphabetical order)

Step 5: Click Confirm selection

Step 6: Select your video platform

Step 7: Provide the URL, ID, or embed code

Step 8: Check the box to acknowledge the video is in compliance

Step 9: Adjust the headline, if desired

Step 10: Click Review and Send

Once you click send, your client should receive the video by the following morning. It will be sent along with their Home Digest or Home Search experience.


How to cancel the video before it sends

If you'd like to cancel it before it sends, you can do so by following the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Video section

Step 2: Click on the Video Email tab

Step 3: Click Stop Email Send
