How do I preview a client's Homebot?

Before reaching out to a client, we recommend previewing their Homeowner Report or Buyer Activity to better understand their situation and level of engagement.

For Homeowners:


Previewing their report and activity helps you understand what they receive each month. To do this:

  1. Click on the client's name (in blue) anywhere in your account, or search for them under the CLIENTS tab.

  2. Select Preview Client Report, then click on their home address to view their Homeowner Report.

  3. Click the Activity tab to see their engagement details.

For Buyers:


There isn’t a buyer report to preview, but you can explore the home search experience (with some limitations). To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the client's name (in blue) anywhere in your account, or search for them under the CLIENTS tab.

  2. Select Preview Client Report, then click Search to preview Homebot Home Search.

If you’d like to reach out to a buyer, we recommend checking their Activity tab to get a better understanding of their engagement. Follow the steps below and refer to the image for guidance:

  1. Click on the client's name (in blue) anywhere in your account, or search for them under the CLIENTS tab.

  2. Click the Activity tab to see their engagement details.
