What is the Homebot Digest?
The Homebot Digest is sent to your clients on a monthly basis with the purpose of educating your clients on their equity. Through empowering your homeowners, they'll be able to make informed decisions and utilize you as their trusted expert to guide them. Each module is designed with clear call to actions to send all questions to you directly.

Is the Homebot Digest the first email they receive?
Your homeowners will first receive a warm-up email welcoming them to Homebot and explaining the value, they'll receive it 1 - 2 days after you add them in. After they receive the Welcome Email, they'll then receive the Digest.
How often does the Homeowner receive the digest? Can I change this cadence?
Every 30 days or so. This cadence cannot be changed by you but we will monitor how often your client views their digest and may adjust the schedule to quarterly emails if their activity is low.
Once I add clients through a bulk import, will they all be emailed at once?
Clients will be emailed in batches over a period of 7 days. If you have 400 clients you're adding, we'll divide that number by 7. Then, we'll email them in batches over the next week so your inbox isn't overwhelmed.
