The homeowner's digest is an automated monthly email sent to your clients to help them better understand, leverage, and grow their equity - positioning you as their go-to home wealth expert.

We always work hard to update the design and improve your client's Homebot experience. The brief video below is temporarily outdated, but the content is still relevant, though the product design has changed.

Where the data comes from

AUTOMATED HOME VALUE (AVM)

At Homebot, we’re committed to ensuring that our estimated property values (AVMs) are based on the most recent and accurate data available in the area. Our advanced algorithm utilizes a broad range of industry-leading data sources fine tuned by the foremost real estate analysts to provide the highest quality home valuation insights in the market.

If you uploaded your clients and included the home's sold price or appraisal value (highly recommended), Homebot will take the highest value.

MARKET TEMPERATURE + AVERAGES

We use a third-party data provider called Altos Research. Altos provides active housing market data for 20,000+ local markets.

LOAN DETAILS

Loan information can be pulled from public record or can be included upon import. Learn more about importing closed loan details here.

REFI RATES + ELIGIBILITY

Every Thursday, Homebot rounds up (an 1/8th + 1/8th point) Freddie Mac averages to provide conservative estimated rates. Since the rates are estimated, your client's are encouraged to reach out to you to learn more about their options.

Homeowners will only see refi opportunities if they have not had a refi in the past 6 months.
