Customize your Welcome Email to increase engagement. Not only can you add your personal touch, but customizing it can boost Home Digest open rates by 10% or more.
The welcome email goes out within 24 hours of adding a client. This article will show you what the welcome emails say, how to customize them, and how to manually send one right away (instead of waiting 24 hours).
First, make sure the welcome email is turned on or toggled pink by navigating to the Account tab and clicking Digest Settings as shown in the image below.

How to edit the welcome emails
1. Navigate to Account on the left and select the Digest Settings tab
2. Click on Edit homeowner welcome email or Customize buyer welcome email
3. Make the relevant changes to the body, greeting, and/or subject line and Save
How to manually send the welcome emails
1. Navigate to the clients profile by searching for them on the Clients tab.
2. For a homeowner, stay on the Homes tab and click Send Home Digest email
3. For a buyer, click on the Home Search tab and click Send Home Search email
