Now that your clients have been added to your account, we'll take care of the rest - automating report deliveries and sorting your database into Key Client Lists.
What happens immediately after adding clients depends on how they were imported. You can add clients to your account in two ways:
Manually – Adding clients one at a time.
In bulk – Import clients via spreadsheet.
Adding clients one at a time
When you add clients manually, they’ll receive a welcome email followed by their first report within 24 hours, usually by the next morning. After that, reports will be sent automatically every 30 days. There’s no set day of the week we send reports—it all depends on when the first report is sent.
Adding clients in bulk
When adding clients in bulk, our data team will need 3-7 business days to review your spreadsheet, remove duplicates, and contact you if any information is missing. Once the import is complete, reports will be sent out in batches over a 7-day period. After clients receive their welcome email and first report, future reports will be sent automatically every 30 days. There’s no set day of the week we send reports—it all depends on when the first report is sent.
Track email engagement and delivery
We continually track your clients' interactions with the reports and display that information on your DASHBOARD and in real-time through your Activity Feed.
We monitor how often your client views their report and may adjust the schedule to quarterly emails if their activity is low.
For your entire database
We display email sends, open rate, and click rate over a rolling 30-daya period and display it at the top of your DASHBOARD. This data is for your entire database, all of your homeowners and all of your buyers.
For an individual client
To check when a client last received an email and estimate when their next one will go out (about 30 days from the date displayed), navigate to their profile. You'll find this information on their contact card.
