When adding clients one at a time, they should receive the report the following day. Once the first report is received, we'll send it out automatically every 30 days after that. There is no specific day of the week that reports get sent out.
When adding clients in bulk, allow our data team 3-7 business days to go through your spreadsheet, scrub for duplicates, and reach out to you if anything is missing. Once they import your spreadsheet, we'll start sending out the reports over a period of 7 days. Once the first report is received, we'll automatically send it every 30 days after that. There is no specific day of the week that reports get sent out.
Homebot monitors how often your client views their Digest and may adjust the schedule to quarterly emails if their activity is low.
You can manually send a digest by going into your client's home dashboard and clicking Send Home Email and then Send Home Email again.
The welcome email will be sent out just moments before their very first Homebot report regardless of how you added the client.
