With Homebot Home Search, you can offer your clients a secure, private, and personalized way to explore homes nationwide, all while keeping you and your brand front and center on every listing.
Real estate agents on Homebot will need a lender co-sponsor to provide Home Search to clients and prospects. Learn about the benefits of having a lender co-sponsor here.
Here’s What Makes It a Game-Changer
✅ Private, Nationwide Search
Your clients can safely browse homes across the country (including major metro areas and the top 200 MLSs) without being tracked or sold to, unlike on public search sites.
Real estate agents on Homebot can connect their preferred listing website that works in conjunction with our search experience. Learn about that here.
✅ You Stay in the Spotlight
Your name, face, and contact info appear on every listing. Clients can easily reach out to you to ask questions or request a tour.
✅ Smart Affordability Tools
Every listing includes a mortgage calculator that uses real-time market data to help clients understand what they can truly afford, based on their budget, not just the list price.
Learn about our best-in-class financial calculators HERE.
✅ Instant Market Insights
The Market Temperature and Stats module shows how competitive the area is for similar homes, giving clients the context they need to make confident decisions.
✅ Curated Galleries to Speed Up Search
Help your clients find the right properties faster with collections of listings that feature:
Recent price drops
Seller concessions
Assumable mortgages
& more!

Understand the buyer's onboarding experience HERE.
Home search isn't just for prospects. Homeowners can access it by clicking on a listing in their Home Digest or using the navigation bar at the top.
When your clients land on the search homepage, they'll know what to do! Simply type in where they're looking for homes, and voila: Homebot's search portal will display properties in that area.

Keep an eye on your email inbox for direct messages from clients. Buyers who are seriously searching for a home will reach out with questions or request to be prequalified.
Important notes
Loan officers should add a preferred agent to their buyer's profile. That way, their agent will receive property questions instead of the listing agent. Agents on Homebot will receive all listing inquiries, not the listing agent. Learn about listing agents vs. preferred agents HERE.
Real estate agents on Homebot will need a lender co-sponsor to provide Home Search to clients and prospects. Here's an article explaining the benefits of having a lender co-sponsor and another on how to secure one.
We are required to feature the listing agent on each home for sale, however, agents on Homebot will receive all inquiries on a property, not the listing agent. More on that HERE.
