"For You" Galleries

Galleries make it effortless for your clients and prospects to find their next home by providing curated 'done for you' searches accessible through monthly automated emails, Homebot’s client web experience, and the Homebot Mobile App.

Real estate agents on Homebot will need a lender co-sponsor to provide curated galleries to clients and prospects. Here's an article explaining the benefits of having a lender co-sponsor and another on how to secure one.


Galleries explained

These searches are uniquely tailored to your clients’ Homebot profiles and are powered by relevant market data (including national listings coverage), ensuring a personalized Homebot experience.

These galleries provide a way for your clients to find complex listings that can't be found on Zillow, taking the effort off of you. If you have clients looking for FHA/VA/USDA listings, please direct their attention to the assumables gallery. Additionally, when searching for homes, they can use the assumables or seller concession filters.

The "For You" Galleries page highlights listings that have:

  • Recently sold

  • Newly listed

  • Price drops

  • Open houses

  • Assumable loans

  • Seller concessions

Clients are automatically subscribed to galleries and will receive updates weekly. Learn how clients unsubscribe below!


How clients access Galleries

When clients are viewing their homeowner or buyer report they can easily navigate to galleries by clicking the "For You" button at the top navigation bar.

Similarly, when browsing on the mobile app, clients can hit the "For You" button at the bottom navigation bar.

Within the monthly homeowner digest, we'll feature the Recently Sold gallery.

And lastly, galleries are featured in the monthly emails for homeowners.

And in the monthly email for buyers.


How clients unsubscribe from Galleries

Your client will need to take the following steps to unsubscribe from Galleries.

Step 1: Click on the For You tab at the top of their homeowner or buyer report.

Step 2: Toggle the pink button on right side of the screen to grey.
