What is a landing page?

A Homebot landing page is a stand-alone web page unique to your account that can be used to capture potential business.

Depending on your account, you'll have access to 1 or 3 landing pages:

  1. Homeowner leads

  2. Buyer leads

  3. Property Search leads

IMPORTANT NOTES:

These landing pages are NOT customizable. The landing pages include your profile information which can be updated from the ACCOUNT tab. More info on that below.

Agents on Homebot will need a lender co-sponsor to access the buyer and property search landing pages. Details on the benefits of connecting with a lender can be found HERE.

This is an image of the SHARE tab within your account. This is where you can find your personalized landing pages.

How the Homeowner Landing Page Works

The Homeowner landing page showcases your brand details and highlights the value of the report. See how it works in the step-by-step instructions and video below. To learn how to update your profile and brand details, click HERE.

Step 1: Leads input their home address to find out what their home is worth.

Step 2: We display their estimated home value and tease bits of the report.

Step 3: We request their email to unlock the full report.

Step 4: They enter their email address and click GO.

When their email is provided and they click 'Go' a couple of things will happen automatically:

  1. We notify you via email that you have a new lead in your Homebot database.

  2. We send the welcome email and their first report the following day and every 30 days after. As long as your digest settings are turned on, there is nothing you need to do to ensure the welcome email and report are sent to your lead.

🚨Best Practice: If you see the email notification from Homebot alerting you of a new lead, you can manually send the report before the following day. Learn how to do so in THIS help article.

How the Property Search Landing Page Works

The Property Search landing page showcases your brand details and highlights the value of Homebot Home Search. See how it works in the step-by-step instructions and video below.

Step 1: Leads input their desired location

Step 2: We tease a handful of listings.

Step 3: We request their email to gain full access to Home Search.

How the Buyer Landing Page Works

The Property Search landing page showcases your brand details and highlights the value of Homebot Home Search. See how it works in the step-by-step instructions and video below.

Step 1: Leads input their desired location.

Step 2: We display a map and tease bits of the buyer report.

Step 3: We request their email to unlock the full report.

Step 4: They enter their email address and click GO.

When their email is provided and they click 'Go' a couple of things will happen automatically:

  1. We notify you via email that you have a new lead in your Homebot database.

How to use your landing page in person:

To start using your landing pages in person, it's best to take the following steps first:

  1. Save your landing page(s) on your smartphone's home screen for easy access.

  2. Add yourself as a homeowner and buyer to your account so you can easily show the value of Homebot.

For instructions on how to save a landing page on your smartphone's home screen, check out THIS help article.

While talking about the real estate market with homeowners, pull up your homeowner report to show how they can stay up-to-date on their home's value and wealth-building opportunities. If the estimated value displayed is a little lower than expected, assure them it's just a starting point and can be easily adjusted from within their report at any time.

When discussing the real estate market with buyers, pull up your buyer report and home search tool. Demonstrate how they can safely explore markets and active listings nationwide while gaining valuable financial insights to search smarter and stay within their budget—all with your expertise just a click away.

Consider this: Could you tell a success story about one of your clients who has gained valuable insight about their home or the market through Homebot? People love hearing a good story, so make it wow-worthy and watch the tables turn as they urge you to sign them up through your landing page.

How to promote your landing page on the web

Learn how to use your landing pages for webinars, in your email signature, and on social media. Click the links below to jump ahead.

Host a quick, value-rich online event.

Carve out 15-30 minutes in your day to discuss how homeowners can build wealth using their #1 asset or how buyers can understand the true cost of purchasing in today's market. Use Zoom, Go-to webinar, or another hosting platform to achieve your goal.

Before the event: Have attendees sign up using their email

During the event: Give them your expert advice and opinions. Give a sneak peek of the free value-packed homeowners digest or buyers report.

After the event: Recap the event via email. Provide the landing page so they can unlock their own report.

Again, tell a story! Captivate your audience and make signing up with you on Homebot irresistible.

Add a landing page to your email signature

A clickable email signature is a great way to drive traffic to your landing page and continue the interaction with your clients and leads.

Adding Homebot to your email signature varies between email providers. Please do a quick Google search to find out "how to hyperlink a website in my Yahoo/Gmail/Outlook email signature."

It should be as simple as clicking Copy underneath the landing page under the SHARE tab, and pasting it wherever you desire.

For example, you could hyperlink the following text to direct people to your homeowner lead landing page: "Click here to find out what your home is worth!"

The image below includes an example of hyperlinked text:

Share your landing page on social media

You can share your landing pages on any social media site by following the steps below. The example below is specific to the homeowner landing page used on Instagram.

  1. Post Content:

    • Share a recorded video talking about a success story of a client who started building wealth with their equity. Or provide your expert opinion on a hot topic in the real estate market.

    • Include quick tips or a preview of the homeowner report.

  2. CTA in the Caption:

    • “Want your own personalized home wealth report? Click the link in my bio to unlock yours for FREE! 🏡✨”

  3. Link in Bio:

    • Copy and paste the landing page link in your Instagram bio to direct users to the landing page.

If you’re posting on platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn, skip step 3 and incorporate the link directly into your post.

How to add a landing page to your website

Follow the steps below to add a landing page to your website.

Step 1: Navigate to the SHARE tab and click on Embed a Widget.

Step 2: Choose your widget type, style, and theme.

Step 3: Click Copy underneath the code and paste it to the backend of your website.

We will not be able to help you customize your website. You may need to hire a website developer to do so. You can find developers on sites like Fiverr.

How to add your landing page to print marketing materials

To add your landing page to print marketing materials, you'll need to generate a QR code first. QR codes provide an easy & accessible way for people to get information or sign up for a service quickly.

A quick Google search will yield results for a free QR code generator. We're a big fan of QR Code Monkey.

Once you have your QR code, you'll want to include some verbiage to encourage people to aim their camera at it. For example, you could say, "Start building wealth using the equity in your home."

Below are some creative ways to start using your QR code:

  • Neighborhood farming; community newsletters, postcards, door hangers

  • Put it on the back of your business card

  • Drop cupcakes off at professional businesses with a card attached

  • Post flyers in country clubs or other establishments

Are you ready to add your QR code to some Homebot templates? Customize your own now!
