The Video Email POWER UP allows you to send video emails to all of your Homeowners or all of your Buyers, on a weekly basis!
From your Customize tab, select 'Get Started' on the Video Email power up.
Then, select the audience you'd like to send a video to:
Homeowners
Buyers
Ripe for Refi
Next, select how you'd like to add your video. Learn how to find the video ID, embed code, or URL to add your video in THIS article.

YouTube
For YouTube specifically, please follow guidelines below:
Used within a Google Chrome Browser
Video must not be a YouTube Short
Video must be in landscape (horizontal) format
Video must be on public setting
Once you've followed the steps for adding your video, preview the video and be sure to click the acknowledgments:
If you'd like, you can add a custom disclaimer to be displayed at the bottom of the email.
Then, click next to confirm the total clients being contacted. The video email will only send to clients with valid emails.
Once you've confirmed, we'll start sending the video email over a period of 7 days.
Please note: Video email can be used once weekly.
To track video engagement, please use the platform used to create the video (YouTube, BombBomb, PitchHub).
WHAT YOUR CLIENT WILL RECEIVE -
They'll receive an email with the video linked to your digest, your client's name will be subbed for "Poncha":
Once they click "View Message", they'll be taken to their Homebot report with your attached video:
