How to send a video email to Key Client Lists

To send a video email to your Key Client Lists, start by navigating to the Clients tab and follow the steps below. For example scripts, click HERE.

Tips for Delivery:

  • Record horizontally for the best viewing experience.

  • Keep your tone natural and conversational—just be yourself!

  • If you're using YouTube, make sure your video is set to Public so it can be viewed without issues. For instructions on adding your video to a streaming platform and what information we need, see this article.

  • If your YouTube video is under 60 seconds, it will be considered a YouTube short. While there is a workaround for adding that video type (contact customer support), it will be much easier to add your video if it's 61+ seconds.

If you’ve already recorded your video as a YouTube Short, you can use the workaround below to ensure it works properly with Homebot’s video features.

You’ll know it’s a YouTube Short if it’s under 60 seconds long and the URL includes the word “shorts” - for example:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/uxX4JVciz98

The workaround:
Simply replace /shorts/ in the URL with /watch?v= so it looks like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxX4JVciz98

The above format will work correctly within Homebot.
