The Homebot Network makes it easy to connect your clients with their team of trusted professionals in one place: their Homebot. This ensures clients have direct access to the experts they need, without having to switch platforms or track down contact information.
In the Homebot Network, there are two main groups:
Homebot customers — the professionals who send Homebot directly to their clients. These may be Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents,Title, or Insurance Agents.
Preferred professionals — the trusted partners who are featured within the client’s Homebot experience, Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents, whether or not they use Homebot themselves.
Best of all, no subscription is required for preferred professionals.
Why it matters
Building stronger referral partnerships: By leveraging your database, you can reinforce and scale referral relationships with the professionals your clients already trust.
Showcasing trusted professionals in one place: Clients see their preferred team of professionals directly in their Homebot, creating a seamless experience.
Simplifying communication: Clients no longer have to guess who to contact. Finance-related questions go straight to loan officers, while real estate questions go to agents, keeping everyone in the loop.
Responding faster with less effort: Direct routing ensures quicker answers to important home and finance inquiries, without extra back-and-forth.

How to add preferred agents in bulk
How it works
Homebot automatically links a past buyer’s team of professionals using historical transaction data powered by Partner Intel.
Clients are asked to confirm or remove the connection before the professional is featured.
Once confirmed, the professional is shown on the client’s Homebot experience and notified when questions come in.
Example: Holly Homeowner receives Homebot from Larry Lender. Homebot identifies Holly’s buyer’s agent and asks Holly to verify the connection. Once confirmed, that agent is added as Holly’s preferred professional, featured in her Digest, and notified directly if she asks a real estate-related question.
How to manually add or remove preferred professionals
If a match can’t be made automatically, Homebot customers can manually add one under the Team tab of a client’s profile.
Who can connect with whom
Loan Officer and Homebot customer → can add a preferred real estate agent
Real Estate Agent and Homebot customer → can add a preferred loan officer
Title Agent and Homebot customer → can add a preferred loan officer and/or real estate agent
Insurance Agent and Homebot customer → can add a preferred loan officer and/or real estate agent
What clients see & control
Clients must always verify a preferred professional before any outreach occurs.
Once verified, preferred professionals are co-branded on finance-related or real estate-related content throughout Homebot.
Only one preferred agent and one preferred loan officer can be connected at a time.
Clients can add, replace, or remove preferred professionals from their Home Digest or Home Search experiences.

How it looks for your clients
For loan officers or real estate agents with a preferred professional connected:
The preferred professional is displayed in the Team drop-down at the top of the Home Digest.
They are also featured in any relevant modules (finance or real estate).
For title and insurance agents with a preferred loan officer and/or agent connected:
Both the loan officer and real estate agent appear at the top of the Home Digest, alongside the title or insurance agent.
Loan officers are featured in finance modules; real estate agents are featured in real estate modules.
Communication & visibility
Once linked, preferred professionals receive a welcome email, alerting them that they’ve been added to the Homebot network and what that means for them.
They are then featured in relevant Homebot modules.
If the client asks a question within those modules, the preferred professional will be notified, with the Homebot customer cc’d to keep them in the loop.
How to view your network and client profiles where you’ve been added as preferred
You can view the preferred professionals in your network by navigating to the Your Network tab under the Clients section of your account. Likewise, if you’ve been added as a preferred professional, you can see the accounts and clients you’re connected to from that same tab.
Best practices for Homebot professionals
Review your Network: Check the list of preferred professionals and clients in your Homebot Network welcome email. You may consider sending them a quick message if you know them or a brief introduction of yourself if you haven't worked together yet.
Monitor communications: Keep an eye on emails to preferred professionals (you’ll be cc’d) to ensure clients are getting timely responses.
