The Homebot Network makes it easy to connect your clients with their team of trusted professionals in one place: their Homebot. This ensures clients have direct access to the experts they need, without having to switch platforms or track down contact information.
In the Homebot Network, there are two main groups:
Homebot customers — the professionals who send Homebot directly to their clients. These may be Loan Officers, Title, or Insurance Agents.
Preferred professionals — the trusted partners on the client's team who are co-branded on the Homebot experience. These may be Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, and Insurance Agents, whether or not they use Homebot themselves.
Best of all, no subscription is required for preferred professionals.

Brief Overview of How it Works
Homebot automatically links a past buyer’s team of professionals using historical transaction data.
Preferred professionals can also be added manually by the Homebot customer or the client themself.
Clients are asked to confirm or remove the connection before the preferred professional is co-branded throughout.
Once confirmed, the preferred professional(s) is displayed on the client’s Homebot experience and notified when questions come in, with the Homebot customer cc'd.
Example: Holly Homeowner receives Homebot from Larry Lender. Homebot identifies Holly’s buyer’s agent and asks Holly to verify the connection. Once confirmed, that agent is added as Holly’s preferred professional, featured in her Digest, and notified directly if she asks a real estate-related question.
Who can connect with whom
A Loan Officer on Homebot → can add a preferred real estate agent and/or preferred insurance agent to a client's profile.
A Title Agent on Homeot → can add a preferred loan officer, preferred real estate agent, and/or preferred insurance agent to a client's profile.
An Insurance Agent on Homebot → can add a preferred loan officer and/or preferred real estate agent to a client's profile.

How preferred professional get added to the Homebot Network
Auto-matched by Homebot
Homebot automatically adds preferred professionals using past transaction history. This process happens daily.
Auto-matching never overrides data imported by the Homebot customer.
Since a homeowner may have worked with multiple professionals in their lifetime, the auto-match feature will co-brand the most recent professional they’ve worked with.
Manually added by Homebot customers
If a match cannot be made automatically, Homebot customers can manually add one or more under the Team tab of a client’s profile.
You can also remove preferred profossionals from the Team tab at anytime.
Directly added by clients
Clients can add, replace, or remove preferred professionals from their Home Digest or Home Search experiences. More on this below!

What clients control

Once confirmed, preferred professionals are co-branded in relevant modules throughout Homebot.
