Introducing the Homebot Network
The Homebot Network is the next evolution in how we connect clients and prospects with their trusted and preferred professionals all in one place: their Homebot.
Through the Network, clients gain direct access to personalized insights and their go-to experts at every stage of homeownership without needing to bounce between platforms or track down contact info.

What’s new?
Before the Homebot Network, real estate-related questions from clients were routed to the lender, who then had to find and loop in the right agent. Likewise, when clients receiving Homebot from a real estate agent (who is not co-sponsored by a lender) had finance-related questions, those had to be managed in the same manual way.
Now, your clients’ preferred professionals are automatically featured on the client’s Home Digest and Home Search experience as preferred agents or preferred loan officers and notified directly (with the Homebot customer cc’d) whenever questions arise about home value, listings, or markets of interest.
✨ Best of all, it’s free for preferred agents and loan officers—no subscription required.

Why it matters
Leverages your client database to create stronger referral relationships at scale by featuring their preferred professionals all in one place: their Homebot
Streamlined communication between clients, agents, and lenders
Faster responses to home-related inquiries with less effort
How it works
We automatically link a past buyer’s team of professionals to their Homebot using historical transaction data powered by Partner Intel.
If a professional match cannot be made, Homebot customers (agents and lenders) can manually add (or remove) preferred professionals under the Team tab on each client’s profile.
For example, Holly Homeowner receives her Homebot from Larry Lender. Homebot finds Holly’s buyer’s agent and asks Holly to verify the connection. Once verified, the agent becomes Holly’s preferred professional, is featured on the reports, and notified via email when Holly asks a real estate-related question.
What clients see & control
Clients will always be asked to verify a preferred professional added by Homebot or the Homebot customer before any outreach occurs.
Once verified, preferred agents will be co-branded on real-estate-specific content throughout the Homebot report. Only one preferred agent can be connected at a time.
Clients can add or replace preferred professionals added to their Homebot Team from their Home Digest and Home Search experience.

Communication & visibility
Once linked, preferred professionals receive a personalized intro email on behalf of the Homebot customer so they know who’s delivering Homebot to their past clients. They’re then featured in finance or real estate-related modules in Homebot. The Homebot customer is cc’d on all emails sent to preferred professionals, to keep them in the loop.
Note: This does not affect or require co-sponsorship. Preferred agents and loan officers are a separate connection built to support the existing relationships between clients, lenders, and agents.

FAQ’s
What do clients have control of?
Ultimately, our goal is to provide the best possible experience for homeowners and buyers. They'll have full control to replace or remove an agent according to their preferences. They can do so directly from their Homebot team panel in their homeowner or buyer report.
If Homebot or a lender adds an agent to a client's team, the client will be asked to verify that agent before any messages are sent their way.
What communication is sent to the preferred agent?
When an agent is linked to a client through a lender’s account, we’ll automatically send a personalized email to the preferred agent on the lender’s behalf.
Please watch the video above for a look at the email.
Do lenders have to co-sponsor preferred agents? Is there a cost to the lender?
No! Preferred agents and co-sponsorship are completely separate. The Homebot Network doesn’t impact co-sponsored agents. Instead, it simply honors and supports existing relationships between clients, lenders, and agents.
How is this different from co-sponsorship?
Real estate agents who are co-sponsored by a lender are not automatically featured on the reports sent to their lender’s clients. To appear on a client’s Homebot experience, the co-sponsored agent must either:
Be added as a preferred agent by the lender and approved by the client; or
Added by the client directly in their Homebot report
What will preferred agents have access to?

How do lenders know which agents are added?
If selected for the pilot release, you should have received a welcome email with a link to download the list of agents and clients matched by Homebot. You can manage your clients' agent connections on the client profile in Homebot.
What happens if a lender or a client removes an agent?
They will no longer be featured on that client's Homebot report and will not receive future communication from the client via Homebot
