When a loan officer uses Homebot to send monthly reports to their clients, the platform uses MLS transaction data to automatically identify and brand the buyer's agent from past transactions. That means you get co-branded on your past clients' monthly home value reports without any cost or effort on your part.
How Did You Get Added?
Homebot uses MLS data to match clients with their most recent buyer's agent based on their home address and purchase date. If a loan officer is sending Homebot reports to someone you helped buy their home, you were automatically added to their team.
The homeowner will be asked to approve you as their preferred agent. If they have a new agent they're working with now, they can easily update to that person—which could become a potential referral partner for the loan officer.
