The Homebot Network for Preferred Insurance Agents

The Homebot Network connects you, the preferred insurance agent, directly with clients and prospects at key moments in their journey, all within the Homebot experience sent by their Loan Officer or Title Agent.

You’ll be co-branded as the go-to expert, helping clients get fast, accurate answers to their home insurance questions.

No subscription? No problem. You don’t need a Homebot account to benefit from being a preferred agent.


How preferred insurance agents are added to The Network

You may be added to the Homebot Network in one of three ways:

  • Homebot automatically links a past buyer’s team of professionals using historical transaction data powered by Partner Intel.

  • Manually by the Homebot customer

  • Directly by your past clients through their Home Digest or Home Search experience.

Once added, the client will be notified and will be asked to confirm the connection. Once verified, you’ll be notified via the Weekly Rollup email delivered Monday mornings and featured on the client’s Homebot.


What happens next?

Preferred insurance agents are featured in the home insurance section of the Monthly Mortgage Payment calculator.

  • A Weekly Roll-up email anytime you're added to a client profile as their preferred agent.

  • Occasional product updates or tips (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  1. What do preferred insurance agents have access to?

    If you don’t have a Homebot subscription, you’ll have access to:

    • The Weekly Rollup Email whenever you’re added as a preferred loan officer.

    • Direct Message Emails whenever a client has a finance- related question.

  2. Can preferred loan officers communicate with the Homebot customer?

    Not through Homebot.

  3. Can I opt out?

    You can unsubscribe from emails or remove yourself from the Homebot Network altogether from the Weekly Rollup Email.
