Financial Calculators
We offer three financial calculators, conveniently located under the Calculators tab in the top navigation bar of both the homeowner and buyer experiences. These include:
Monthly Mortgage Payment

Short-Term Rental
Monthly Mortgage Payment Calculator
When a client selects the Monthly Mortgage Payment calculator, they'll be prompted to enter their target home price to estimate their monthly payment. From there, everything is fully customizable to fit their needs.
This calculator is also featured on every listing in Homebot Home Search.
Home Affordability Calculator

Short-Term Rental Calculator
When a client opens the Short-Term Rental calculator, they'll be prompted to enter a property address. Homebot then uses data from AIRDNA to provide insights into how that property could perform as a short-term rental on Airbnb.
Client engagement
When clients engage with the calculators, you'll see their activity reflected in your Activity feed. If a buyer uses the calculators more than twice and has eight or more home search interactions, they'll also appear in your Mover Activity key client list.
Activity Feed
Each client in your account has a personalized activity feed. When they engage with the calculators, those interactions will appear there. To view a client's activity, simply click their name—highlighted in blue—anywhere in your account.
Mover Activity key client list (KCL)
To find the Mover Activity key client list, navigate to the CLIENTS tab on the left side of your account and select Timely Opportunities.
If you're not seeing this KCL or any list in your account, it simply means you don't have any clients who meet the criteria—yet.
