How to understand client engagement in your activity feed

Your Activity Feed gives you a real-time view of client engagement (also known as client events) by the minute.

You’ll have both a master Activity Feed for all clients and an individual feed on each client’s profile.

Master Activity Feed

To access your activity feed, navigate to the Clients tab on the left side of your account, then select Activity.

You'll find client events (to the right of the arrows) for your entire database.

Individual client activity feed

Additionally, each client in your account has an individual activity feed. To view it, click on a client's name to be taken to their profile.

Client events

Client events provide details about a client's engagement (pictured next to the arrows in the images above). Click HERE for a running list of client events you might find in the Activity Feed.

Best practice

🚨Best practice: Create a call list of 2-5 people and use Homebot as a conversation starter. Preview their profile and Home Digest or Buyer Report before reaching out. Learn how to preview a client's Homebot here.

Another great way to drive the next organic action is to send a personalized video to a client while previewing their report.
