Homebot is designed to automatically deliver valuable and personalized insights to your clients and prospects each month. Once you upload your database of homeowners and/or buyers, they’ll receive monthly reports via email, which they can opt out of or unsubscribe from any time.

Depending on the client type, Homebot generates customized reports:

  • Homeowners receive two monthly emails with insights about their property value, selling position, listings, and equity opportunities.

  • Buyers get one monthly email with access to their personalized market report and our secure nationwide home search experience.

Note for Real Estate Agents: To add buyers, a lender co-sponsor is required.

Client Engagement Made Easy

Homebot notifies you when clients engage with their reports or take high-intent actions. These notifications are delivered to your Client Engagement Portal and via email.
