Hello, and welcome to Homebot!

To set yourself up for success and maximize your investment, spend the next 2 minutes reviewing some Getting Started best practices.

Click the pink links below for more information.

  1. Log In and Set a Password
Head over to Homebotapp.com, log in, and set your password. If you have trouble logging in, send yourself a magic link or click reset password. For easy access later, save the website to your browser’s favorites.

  2. Update Your Profile
Upload a profile photo and review your information—make any adjustments as needed.

  3. Customize Your Welcome Email
Review the welcome email template and consider personalizing it. As long as these buttons are toggled pink, the monthly emails will automatically send to clients once you start adding them to your portal.

  4. Add a Personal Video Introduction
If you’re comfortable with video, consider adding a personalized video introduction for a more engaging client experience. You’ll find tips on embedding videos in our Help Center here, and feel free to join one or all of our video training sessions each week.

  5. Add Yourself as a Client
Use a personal email to add yourself as a client. This way, you can experience the reports firsthand and confidently describe Homebot to clients and leads.

  6. Bulk Upload Your Database
Add your database as a CSV or Excel file, and our data team will handle the rest. Allow 3-5 business days for your data to appear in your portal.

  7. Connect Your CRM
Using Zapier or one of our integrations, connect your CRM to push data in and out of Homebot.

By following these steps, you’ll be well on your way to making the most of Homebot and delivering a top-notch experience for your clients. If you have any questions along the way, explore the help center, register for trainings HERE, or send customer support a direct message.
