Homebot allows integration with Mortgage Coach so clients can request TCA's immediately from the platform.

Keep in mind; you must have a:

  • A Mortgage Coach account (any subscription level)

  • Homebot Lender Pro account

From any refi option, your clients can request a detailed breakdown:

If they haven't already, they'll tune the value of their home to confirm what they believe their home is worth:

Depending on how you set up your TCA's to send (see instructions below), clients may be able to view their TCA directly from Homebot:

HOW TO TURN ON MORTGAGE COACH WITHIN HOMEBOT

You'll want to first find your API key in your Mortgage Coach account, but no worries, we've made it easy for you to find. Watch this video (skip ahead 13 seconds):

Then, go to your Homebot account and select the Customize tab from the navigation bar. Then, select Get started on the Mortgage Coach card.

Then fill out the following form:

Next, select the sending options for the TCA. You have the following options:

SENDING OPTIONS -

  • Review TCA before Homebot auto-sends it

  • No review, TCA sent immediately to the client

  • Send the TCA yourself when you're ready

TIME PERIOD SENT -

  • 1 hour (recommended)

  • 24 hours

  • 3 days

  • One week
