We did some research and found that an app user's average session time is 2-3x longer than from their browser. This could mean deeper engagement for your clients and more visibility for you!

🚨Is one of your clients or leads asking for an app code? Your app code is located under the SHARE tab > Mobile App subtab. Scroll down to find your app code on the right:
Can anyone download the Homebot Mobile App?
The app is available to clients who are subscribed to Homebot through a lender or an agent who is co-sponsored by a lender.
First, make sure the Mobile App is connected. To do this, navigate to ACCOUNT > Power Ups tab:
🚨The app is for your database to download and access their reports. It is not for you to manage your Homebot account. If you want to test or download the mobile app, add yourself as a client in your account using a personal email and then go through the steps in THIS article to download it as an existing user.
How will my clients opt-in to the mobile experience?
There are strategically placed CTA's or "ads" directing your clients to download the app. These ads are within the monthly emails, the reports, and Home Search. Once the app is downloaded, users will enter the email address associated with their Homebot and receive a code to enter at login.

How will you stay in touch with clients and leads on the app?
Mobile engagement will be tracked and displayed within your client engagement portal. Keep an eye on mobile app users and their engagement so that you can reach out when the time is right.

We'll send push notifications to app users, including check-ins for buyers to update their finances, credit monitoring alerts, and more.
