First, make sure the Mobile App is connected. To do this, navigate to ACCOUNT > Power Ups tab:
How existing clients download the Mobile App
Existing clients will have instant access and can download the App through “ads” strategically placed within their Homebot experience.
These "ads" will be shown in:
Homebot monthly emails
The homeowner digest
Home Search for buyers
Existing clients can also find and download the app directly from the Apple or Android app stores.
In this case, existing clients must:
Use the same email address associated with their Homebot digest
Enter the 6-digit code sent to their email
PRO TIP: Send a Video Email to your homeowners or buyers to let them know they can download the mobile app. Or use Video Manager to welcome homeowners and buyers to Homebot and encourage downloads from the beginning.
Do you have clients who are not yet on Homebot but might be interested in the mobile app? Encourage people to sign up by copying and pasting your custom link to an email campaign or text message.
