When an agent disconnects from a lender, the agent has until the end of their billing cycle to find a new co-sponsor or be automatically moved to the Starter Plan.

If they do not connect with a new lender, they'll lose access to the features listed below, and their bill will increase from $25 to $50/month.

Agents can disconnect from a lender at any time by sending customer support a direct message using the pink icon located at the bottom right corner of their account.
