The costs related to co-sponsorship
To adhere to RESPA guidelines:
Loan officers are charged a monthly co-sponsorship fee of $25 per month per co-sponsored agent in addition to the subscription cost.
The cost of the first agent co-sponsor is included in every plan!
Real estate agents can sign up for Homebot through a lender at $25/month for 500 clients or choose the freemium option. More on freemium here.
*Please note that these are separate charges and billed to the user who owns the account.
