THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT INVITING AGENTS:

You can invite your agents to join Homebot for free, at no cost to you or them through our Freemium option. Learn more about Freemium here.
Once an agent accepts your invitation to join on a paid account, you will automatically see those charges reflected on your next bill.

HOW TO INVITE AGENTS
Navigate to the CO-SPONSOR tab and select Invite:
You may need to take care of legalese acknowledging that you will be charged per agent who joins on a paid account.
For questions on how sponsoring agents may affect your billing, please contact [email protected] directly or send us a message via the pink chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your account.
You can invite agents 1 of 2 ways: send a direct invite via email or share your link:
Your share link is a landing page where agents can watch a video on Homebot and sign up with you directly.
Below is an example of what the invitation looks like when you send directly to their email:

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR INVITES:
When your Agents fill out their First Name, Last Name, and Email on your custom agent invite page, their request will go directly back to you for approval.
Use the Pending Requests tab to Confirm or Deny incoming requests and Cancel or Resend outgoing sponsorship requests.
Navigate to the Sponsored Agents tab to view their total client count and if they're on the paid or freemium plan.
🚨If you have an agent on the paid plan who has less than 25 clients, encourage them to add more or switch to the freemium plan to reduce your costs. More on Freemium HERE.
