To change or remove your lender or agent co-sponsor, simply send customer support a direct message using the pink icon at the bottom right corner of your screen as shown in the video below.

When a lender disconnects from a real estate agent, the agent is promptly notified, allowing them time to secure a new lender before the start of the next billing cycle.

If they do not connect with a new lender, they'll lose access to the features listed below, and their bill will increase from $25 to $50/month.
