How it works

When clients and prospects click on the "Explore your financing options" button pictured above, the message below will pop up, allowing them to explore your website or close the window.

The CTA "Explore your financing options" cannot be customized, and the link you provide must be relevant to your lending institution's financing message.

Where your custom link is featured

Your custom link is front and center at the top and throughout the Homeowner digest and Buyer report.

Additionally, the CTA will populate in the following modules of the homeowner digest:

And the cash-out or Equity Explorer module:

Lastly, the CTA is featured in the interest module of the buyer report:

And displayed on each Homebot Home Search listing:

How to add your custom link:

Navigate to Account in the top right corner and click on Manage Profile & Settings:

From the Profile tab, scroll down to the appropriate field and paste your loan application link and click Save:

Ensure you add the entire link, including https://.

If your link isn't working...

  1. You may need to run your link through a URL shortener like Bitly. If you still need help or have any questions about your account, send our Customer Support Team a direct message by clicking the pink icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. If your loan application link is on the same page as your website, if you haven't already, you may need to add the https:// to the beginning of your website URL in that appropriate field.

Have questions? Use the pink icon in the bottom right corner of your account to send customer support a direct message.
