How homeowners become buyers
We feature active and recently sold listings throughout the Home Digest.
Additionally, clients with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 75% or lower—or at least $10K in equity—will see the Purchase module in their Home Digest, highlighting ways they can leverage their home equity.
Once they click into the pruchase module or directly on a listing, they'll be encouraged to start a home search which would take them to the Search tab for buyers.
You'll be notified in the Activity Feed that your client viewed Home Search.
If your client clicks on the For You tab, they'll be taken through a quick onboarding process, and you'll be notified in the activity feed. You'll also receive an email letting you know your client has started exploring markets.
