Homebot Mobile App Notifications

The Homebot Mobile App includes a variety of push notifications to which users can opt in or out via the Notification Preferences section of their Profile.


They are organized as follows:


Home value and savings

  • The user is notified when there is an update to their home value estimate (HVE)

  • The user is notified to provide a timely update about their savings


Purchasing power updates

  • The user is updated when there is an update to their purchasing power

  • The user is notified to provide a timely update to the factors that influence their purchasing power


Changes to credit score

  • The user is updated timely about change(s) to their credit score

    • Note: this applies to users who are eligible for and have chosen to enroll in credit monitoring powered by TransUnion
