How Do I Unsubscribe a Buyer?

Buyers can unsubscribe from Homebot at any time through their buyer report or automated emails.

If your buyer made a purchase or is no longer searching, you can delete the buyer profile from your account and add them as a homeowner.

If you would like to unsubscribe a buyer, please contact customer support by clicking the pink icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Once they've been unsubscribed, you'll need to delete them from the Issues tab. Learn more about that here.
