After a buyer is added to your account, Homebot has no way of knowing if a they successfully make a purchase.

Their new home can be added two ways:

  • You add their property information under the Homes tab of their profile and delete their buyer data

  • Or, the buyer self-upgrades to a homeowner

Adding a property and removing buyer data

To add a property, follow these instructions:

  • Navigate to the client's profile and select the Homes tab.

  • From there, click Add a home.

To remove buyer data, follow these instructions:

  • Navigate to the client's profile and select the Home Search tab.

  • From there, click Add Home Search details

Buyer self-upgrades

Buyers can opt into the Home Digest experience in a few ways:

  • From the revamped Home Search email for buyers

  • Directly through Home Search, on every listing and the For You page

Keep in mind: if a buyer self-upgrades to a homeowner, we’ll notify you if this causes you to exceed your homeowner limit.

Below are images of where a buyer can self upgrade to a homeowner from the Home Search monthly email, at the bottom of every listing in Home Search, and from the For You page.
