The Homebot Network puts your clients' whole team of trusted partners in one place: their Homebot. Clients get direct access to the right expert for every question, without switching platforms or tracking down contact info.
There are two groups in the Homebot Network:
Homebot customers are the professionals who send Homebot to their clients: loan officers, real estate agents, title agents, and insurance agents.
Preferred partners are the trusted professionals on a client's team who are co-branded in their Homebot: loan officers, real estate agents, and insurance agents, whether or not they use Homebot themselves.
Preferred partners don't need a Homebot subscription.
How the Network works differs slightly for each type of preferred partner. Learn more in:

How it works
Homebot automatically matches clients with partners from their past transactions. Customers and clients can also add partners themselves.
The client is asked to confirm or remove the partner at the top of their digest and in relevant modules.
Once confirmed, the partner is featured throughout the client's Homebot and notified when the client asks a related question, with the Homebot customer cc'd.
Example: Holly Homeowner receives Homebot from Larry Lender. Homebot identifies Holly's buyer's agent and asks Holly to confirm the connection. Once she does, that agent is featured in her digest and notified if she asks a real estate question, with Larry cc'd.
Who can connect with whom
Loan officers can add a preferred real estate agent and/or insurance agent.
Real estate agents can add a preferred loan officer and/or insurance agent.
Title agents can add a preferred loan officer, real estate agent, and/or insurance agent.
Insurance agents can add a preferred loan officer and/or real estate agent.
A loan officer can't add a preferred real estate agent who's already on Homebot and co-sponsored by a lender.
How preferred partners are added
Auto-matched by Homebot
Every day, Homebot looks at clients' transaction history from the past 3 years and adds the most recent partner they worked with. Auto-matching never overrides data you've imported.
New matches come in a weekly Partners Added email, and you get seven days to review them before your clients see them. Learn more in Partners Added Email and the 7-Day Review Window.
Added manually by Homebot customers
If Homebot can't make a match, you can add partners yourself from the Team tab of a client's profile. Partners you add show up for your client right away. See How to add a preferred partner.
To remove or replace partners across many clients at once, use your Partners tab. See Partners Tab and Best Practices.
Added directly by clients
Clients can add, replace, or remove partners from their Home Digest or Home Search experience. See What clients control.
Bulk imported
You can include preferred real estate agents when you add clients in bulk. Download the template from the Add clients in bulk section, or see How to Add Clients & Prospects in Bulk.
Not using our template? Copy our column headers into your spreadsheet exactly. You don't need to fill every column, but don't add, rename, or remove any headers.

What clients control
Clients confirm or remove a preferred partner before any outreach happens. They can do this from the Team drop-down at the top of their digest, by sending a direct message, or by tuning their home value.
Clients can add, replace, or remove partners at any time from their Home Digest or Home Search experience.
Each client can have one preferred real estate agent, one loan officer, and one insurance agent at a time.

How it looks for your clients
Preferred partners appear in the Team drop-down at the top of the Home Digest, and in the modules that match their expertise: real estate agents in real estate modules, loan officers in finance modules, and insurance agents in the insurance module.

Emails preferred partners receive
"{contact} now sees you in Homebot": sent when clients start seeing them. The first one usually arrives the next morning. After that, it comes on Mondays when they have new clients. For auto-matched partners, this happens after your 7-day review week.
Partner Opportunity Digest: a Tuesday email for preferred real estate agents and loan officers, sent when shared clients show buying, selling, or refinancing activity. Learn more in Partner Opportunity Digest: What It Is and How It Works.
Direct message emails: sent when a client asks a question in a relevant module, with you cc'd.
Preferred real estate agents can claim a free profile to add their photo and contact info. Preferred loan officers and insurance agents need a Homebot subscription to add a photo and logo.

How to view your network
Go to the Partners tab in your account to see the preferred partners connected to your clients. If you've been added as a preferred partner yourself, you'll see the accounts and clients you're connected to there too. Click a client's name to open their profile.
