Whenever a new lead lands in your account—whether through a client referral or one of your personalized landing pages—we’ll notify you via email and add the lead to the Leads list, as shown below.
🚨Best practice: Click on their name to review their data and consider sending an email introducing yourself or a personalized video message.
How to send an intro video
Once you have your video ready and uploaded to one of the supported video platforms (click here for the list), follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Select the box to the left of the client's name
Step 2: Click Send video
Step 3: Select your video platform
Step 4: Paste the URL, Embed code, or ID from the video platform
Step 5: Click Review & Send
The video will send by the following morning! You can check the video status by navigating the video tab near the bottom left of your account and selecting Video Email.
