Highly Engaged Clients

The Highly Engaged list shows clients who are actively using their Homebot report β€” opening it consistently, using calculators, or reaching out directly.

Clients are sorted by engagement activity within the last 90 days, with the most recently and frequently active appearing first.


How Clients Qualify

A client appears on the Highly Engaged list when they meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • They are consistently opening their Homebot report β€” specifically, engaging 50% or more of the time it's delivered

  • They have sent you a direct message (DM) through Homebot

  • They have submitted a CMA request

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use the specific activity you see in Quick Look as your conversation starter β€” it gives you a natural, relevant reason to reach out. Click View full profile to preview their digest before picking up the phone.


What You'll See on the List

Each row in the Highly Engaged list shows the following at a glance:

Column

What it shows

Client name

The client's name

# of Activities

The number of engagement actions this client has taken within Homebot

Opportunities

Any other Opportunity Lists this client also qualifies for

Equity

Their estimated equity percentage

Rate

Their current mortgage rate

Viewing Specific Activity in Quick Look

Click any client's name to open the Quick Look panel. Under Lists Including This Client, an expandable section shows the specific actions that qualified them β€” for example:

  • "Used the Mortgage Calculator"

  • "Viewed the Calculators Page"

  • "Opened report 8 of the last 10 months"


When Clients Are Removed from the List

Clients fall off the Highly Engaged list when their engagement drops below the qualification threshold β€” for example, if their open rate falls below 50% over time or their activity signals age out of the 90-day window. The list reflects current engagement, so it stays fresh automatically.

You can also manually snooze a client from the list after reaching out. Select their name, click Remove from list, and confirm. They'll remain in All Clients and will automatically reappear if their engagement picks back up.


How to Use This List

Step 1: Navigate to Clients β†’ Your Clients β†’ Highly Engaged
​Step 2: Start at the top β€” those clients have been the most active recently
​Step 3: Click a client's name to open Quick Look and review their specific engagement activity
​Step 4: Use what you see as your icebreaker β€” reference what they've been exploring in their report
​Step 5: Call, send a video, or add them to your weekly call list

🚨 Best practice: Before calling, click on a client's name and select Preview client report to see exactly what they've been seeing in their Homebot. This helps you tailor the conversation to what they've actually been looking at.
