How to change your Mortgage Coach TCA sending options

Looking to change the timeframe for a TCA to be sent? This article will show you how.

Homebot's integration with Mortgage Coach allows several delivery options you can use when a client requests a TCA. There are several sending options you can select:

  • Review TCA before Homebot auto-sends it

  • No review, TCA sent immediately to the client

  • Send the TCA yourself when you're ready

To change your settings for Mortgage Coach, select the Customize tab from the navigation bar:

Then, select the Mortgage Coach card:

Click 'Edit Settings' to update your sending options:

Once you're done, select the 'Save and finish' button to update your settings.
