Scripting for Approaching Preferred Agents

Looking to strengthen your partnerships with real estate agents? Adding an agent as the preferred professional to Homebot Network is a great way to build trust, provide value, and create more visibility for them.

This article incldues a collection of ready-to-use scripts you can share when introducing Homebot Network in-person, by phone, or email. Use these examples to start the conversation, highlight the mutual benefits, and invite your agent partners to explore Homebot’s Freemium co-sponsor plan to engage their own clients.

This first script is for loan officers reaching out to preferred agents who were automatically added to the Homebot Network and whom you haven’t worked with yet.

"Hey [Agent’s Name],

Homebot automatically connected us on [Client’s Name]’s profile, so you’re now listed as their preferred agent alongside me.

That means you’ll be featured whenever they check their home value, explore buying options, or ask questions about listings — a great way for us to stay top of mind together.

If you’re not already using Homebot, I can even get you started on their Freemium plan (only possible through a lender) so you can send your own clients the Homebot experience, too. Would you like me to send you that link?"

The following scripts are for situations where you’ve added a preferred agent yourself.

Phone or in-person script

"Hey [Agent’s Name], I just added you as the preferred agent on our shared client [Client’s Name]’s Homebot.

That means when they're looking at their Home Digest or Home Search experience, they’ll see you featured in the real estate related modules. It’s a nice touchpoint that keeps you in front of the client each month and makes it super easy for them to reach out when they’re curious about a specific listing, their home value, or how their market is doing.
