Use this when reaching out to your preferred lender who is not yet on Homebot.
āHey [Name] ā I'm using Homebot to send my clients monthly home value, equity, and buyer insights. I can invite my preferred lender to co-sponsor the experience, which would feature you in the finance-related sections and help surface warm opportunities when clients have lending questions. I think this could be a smart way for us to stay in front of shared clients, too! Open to checking it out?ā

Objection handling
āAgent co-sponsorship pricing or structure is a concern.ā Co-sponsorship is a RESPA-compliant marketing cost-share, not pay-for-referrals. Itās a co-branded experience, where you are featured in finance sections, and notified when my clients ask about cash-out, pre-qual, or refi's.ā
āI already have a CRM.ā The underlying confusion is usually: āI already send emails, so why do I need this?ā CRMs handle contact management, alerts, reminders, pipeline, and drip campaigns; Homebot shows which clients are thinking about buying, selling, refinancing, or using equity.
āItās too expensive / I donāt have budget right now.ā In most cases, one closed loan more than covers the annual cost of a your subscription. If Homebot helps you keep just one past client from drifting to another lender, or surfaces one refi/purchase opportunity you wouldnāt have caught otherwise, it pays for itself. Everything after that is upside. Reframe it as a growth lever or replacement for manual marketing, not āanother subscription.ā
