Missing Home Value Email

Learn what happens when a home value estimate can't be generated

If we’re unable to generate an estimated home value, your client will be added to the Missing Home Value Key Client List.

The Welcome Email will still be sent, but with a slightly different call to action. Instead of “See your home value,” your client will see a “Get your home value” button, prompting them to complete the home valuation flow (pictured below) to unlock their Home Digest.

After the Welcome Email, they’ll continue receiving the automated monthly email with the “Get your home value” call to action until they complete their home valuation.

Once the home valuation flow is completed:

  • You’ll be notified in your Activity Feed

  • They’ll be removed from the Missing Home Value key client list

  • They’ll begin receiving the regular monthly Home Digest emails

If they haven't had an appraisal, they'll receive the question below. We'll then crunch the numbers and provide them the value as shown in the previous two images.
