If we’re unable to generate an estimated home value, the welcome email will still be sent, just with a slightly different call to action. Instead of “See your home value,” your client will see a button that says “Get your home value,” prompting them to start the home valuation flow (pictured below) to unlock their Home Digest.
They’ll continue receiving the “Missing Home Value” email until they complete their home valuation. Once completed, they’ll be removed from the Incomplete Key Client List and begin receiving the regular monthly emails.
