  • Filter by Compatibility: Prioritize agents who aren’t already heavily working with one lender or who appear to be growing.

  • Filter by Homebot status: Find agents who are already on Homebot but don't have a lender co-sponsor.

2. Favorite the Agent to Get Listing Alerts

  • When you “❤️ favorite” an agent in Partner Intel, you’ll be notified the moment they list a property.

  • This creates a natural conversation starter and shows you’re paying attention to their business.

3. Reach Out with a Timely Congratulations

As soon as you receive the listing alert:

Subject: Congrats on your new listing!

Body: "Hi [Agent First Name],

I just saw your new listing at [123 Main St]—congrats! Looks like a great property and a busy season ahead for you.

I’d love to connect briefly and share how I help agents like you stay in front of every client they’ve ever worked with, without lifting a finger.

4. Leave a Personalized Voicemail

Use the contact info in their profile (phone number or social media links). Keep it casual, confident, and concise:
