Our new Listing Alerts feature informs you of key moments in your clients' real estate journeys.

What makes our Listing Alerts feature unique:

 

We notify you the day the status of a property changes, significantly increasing your chances of being the first to approach the client.

Lenders and agents are automatically subscribed to receive alerts about the homes of their clients on Homebot. Additionally, lenders will receive alerts about homes listed by Co-Sponsored agents and those listed by agents they have favorited in Partner Intel.

This process requires no setup and ensures that you do not miss any opportunities.

 

These alerts can be customized based on specific criteria, such as geographic location or property type, allowing you to tailor your notifications to suit your unique business needs.

Listing Alerts populate in your Client Engagement Portal and will trigger a daily email when updates occur. You can adjust your notification settings within your account at any time.


How to use Listing Alerts:

  • New listings are ripe lead opportunities for a lender looking for someone who may need financing (these people are usually moving from one place to another)

  • Pending listings are typically a great opportunity to come in with a competitive lending offer

  • Solds can present as useful talking points for both agent and client listings and can also give you a sense of what opportunities you’re missing
