With ever-changing markets and potential home renovations, Homebot's estimated home values are easy to update, putting control in the hands of you and your clients.

You can proactively manage your client's values from their profile by clicking Add a CMA under the Homes tab.

From there, you'll enter the new value along and a minimum to maximum range should for your client need to adjust their value in the future.

How to remove a CMA request from the list

Additionally, clients can tune the value of their home at any time and request a CMA. When requested, we'll notify you via email and they'll land in your CMA request list.

  • To update the value, click complete CMA on their profile.

  • To remove them from the list (without updating the value), click the trash icon.

  • If you're a loan officer co-sponsoring agents, you can assign it to them directly.

🚨Best practice: Notice a change in the market that's impacting values? Send a video email to your clients to notify them and encourage them to tune their value to inform you they'd like a review!
