Scripts for Title Agents Introducing Partners to Homebot

What to say and how to say it so you can land that ideal partnership. Email and text scripts to introduce Homebot to the agents and lenders you partner with.

Adding real estate agents and loan officers as preferred partners is an easy way to put your brand in front of more people without asking for anything new.

The relationship is already established — the contact chose their agent and loan officer, and one (or both) of them chose you to handle the closing. Adding partners as preferred pro's lets you honor all three sides of the transaction, keeping everyone in the loop long after the deal closes.

Below is a tried-and-true email and text script to introduce Homebot to the agents and loan officers you work with, framed as a two-way street, not a pitch.

EXAMPLE EMAIL

"Hi [AGENT/LENDER NAME],

I use a service called Homebot for our shared contacts, and they love it. It tracks their home value, equity, and favorite markets, all while helping them save money and build wealth by making smart decisions, like when to refi, buy, or sell.

Since you were the [AGENT/LENDER] on [CLIENT NAME]’s transaction, I’m including you on their Homebot experience. Your brand shows up alongside mine, and you stay top of mind when they’re ready to buy, sell, refi, or refer someone your way.

Nothing for you to do, other than answer our contacts questions when they come back to you!"

EXAMPLE TEXT MESSAGE

"Hey [AGENT/LENDER NAME], I use a tool called Homebot that sends our shared contacts monthly home value reports. Since you were the agent/lender on [CLIENT NAME's] deal, I’m including you on their experience too. Your branding stays primary, and my info shows up as a title resource. Nothing for you to do, other than answer our contacts questions when they come back to you!"
