Using video is a great way to engage clients and spark conversation.

To get started, click on a client's name in blue letters anywhere in your account to be taken to their profile. From there, click on 'Preview client report.' Next, select the client's address to view their homeowner report, or select Buy to view their buyer report:

Once there, you can use the report to point out interesting modules or to add more value.

For example, if you see in your client's Activity Feed that they've been looking at their selling potential, you should speak to that in your video.

You could say, "Hi Jared, I was just looking at your Homebot report and noticed that you're living in a high-demand market, putting you in a greater position to sell." You can add your expert opinion next, or you could say something like, "If you’re interested in learning more about your unique selling position, reply to this message and I'd be happy to hear from you."

If sending the video through an email, you may say, "Hi Jared, I noticed you're in a great position to sell. I've recorded a personal video on your unique selling position. Click the link below to watch and let me know if you have any questions!"
