How to send a personal video message without BombBomb

If you don't have BombBomb, you can still use the report to send an individual client a video message.

You'll need to use a screen recording application to record yourself and your screen at the same time. This point is critical. You want to make sure you are showing your client what you're speaking to. We like using Zight here at Homebot. It works well for this strategy because it provides a short link to share. Plus they'll alert you when the client watched your video so you can follow up if you don't hear from them within a few days.

To get started, click on a client's name in blue letters anywhere in your account to be taken to their profile. From there, click on 'Preview client report.' Next, select the client's address to view their homeowner report, or select Buy to view their buyer report:

Once there, make sure you are capturing yourself and your screen at the same time as shown in the example below:

Once you've finished recording, send the video in an email or via text!

You can say, "Hi Samantha, I was looking at your Homebot report and noticed you're living in a high-demand market, putting you in a greater position to sell." You can add your expert opinion next, or say something like, "If you’re interested in learning more about your unique selling position, reply to this message and I'd be happy to hear from you."
